Shortly after the baptisms, things have calmed down for this area. We got a new investigator on Dry Creek Road. His name is Tim. We were able to manage to have 5 minutes with him. We helped answer his question about having a girlfriend and things like that. We shared with him the law of chastity. We also shared half of the restoration. We ran out of time, so we gave him the restoration pamphlet to read. We are looking forward to seeing him again. He might just be our next baptism for the month of July. Who knows but God. Like always we will wait and see.
For Athena and Jasmine, Athena is not doing so well. Meth use has snuck in and got kicked right out 6 days ago. We didn't know about it until yesterday. Marcus felt truly sorry about it. We help them remember the steps to the repentance process. They need much more time to get baptized. Athena does have a testimony. Just weak in the flesh. Jasmine will not get baptized unless Athena goes as well. It's rather unfair to her. But that is the path they are choosing for now.
We are still trying to find as we see the less-actives, part-members, and members during dinners. I sent my final e-mails to President, and Sister Clark. The farewell/ Zone Conference is this Friday. Also, the transfer dates have been changed for the new mission. I do not know the day though. Happy Father's Day to all you father's out there. Also, happy father's day dad.
